Dear Parishioners and Friends of St. Bride,

As you can see from the report above, our Weekly Collection remains very flat; we did not meet our budgeted amount even ONCE for the month. Another point to consider about the above figures is that the amounts collected come from less then 40 (forty) families. While we have over 200 families registered and more than 125 sets of envelopes mailed each period, a mere fraction uses the Weekly Offering envelopes or contribute at all.

Please consider this: 1 ) Raise your Weekly Offering by a dollar or two or by what you can honestly give! 2) If you do not have Weekly Offering envelopes, please ask for a set or use an envelope from the activity tables and add your name to it. This helps us track where the offerings are coming from and enables us to give you a tax record at the end of the year. 3) If you would rather not use envelopes, let us know. A monthly check for your offerings is most acceptable and your check serves as ,your tax record.

Finally, I want to personally thank those who contribute so generously and regularly. Some of you give far beyond your means and are responsible, individually, for a majority of the giving at St. Bride. You have my gratitude and admiration!
