Based on these figures the Alumni Committee will begin planning for the 2011 Luncheon this November. In response to the overwhelming fundraising vote we have planned a Fall Raffle. It will consist of a 50/50 Raffle or “Split the Pot” which was part of our luncheon activities a few years back. The cost of each ticket will be $50. You might consider sharing that cost and the prize money with a friend or family member. We will offer two prizes. 1st Prize will be a cash prize. The amount of the cash prize will be 50% of whatever we take in. For example, if we sell 400 tickets, the prize for one winner will be $10,000. If we sell 600 tickets, the prize goes up to $15,000. The other 50% of the “Pot” we will donate to St. Bride Parish Capital Campaign. The 2nd prize will be our Mag Mile Condo for a week-end at the Raffaello Condo Hotel, 201 E. Delaware, Chicago. Dates to be mutually decided by the owner and the winner.
The drawing will take place on Sunday, October 10, 2010 at the Alumni Committee Fall Meeting. If you did not get a ticket or would like extra tickets contact Bill Conn (708-687-5162) or email: st-brides-alumni@att.net. The ticket shown is a copy of the ticket out to those on our alumni list.
